1. Delivery Areas

Maison Jasmin currently delivers to:

• La Marsa
• Bizerte
• Nabeul
• Monastir
• Sousse
• Sfax
• Djerba

Delivery availability may vary depending on the product and delivery address.

If your address is outside our normal delivery area, contact us to determine whether delivery can be arranged.

2. Delivery Times

Available delivery dates and time windows will be displayed during checkout where applicable.

Unless expressly guaranteed, delivery times are estimates.

Delivery times may be affected by traffic, weather, holidays, special events, road closures, recipient availability, or other circumstances outside our control.

3. Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available for eligible locations and products when an order is placed before our daily cutoff time.

4. Delivery Fees

6. Recipient Unavailable

If the recipient is unavailable, our delivery team may attempt to contact the recipient or purchaser.

Depending on the circumstances, we may leave the flowers with an appropriate person at the destination or arrange another delivery attempt.

An additional delivery charge may apply to a subsequent delivery attempt where the first attempt failed because of recipient unavailability or incorrect delivery information.

7. Surprise Deliveries

If the order is intended to be a surprise, the purchaser remains responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Maison Jasmin may contact the recipient when necessary to complete delivery.

8. Hotels, Businesses and Institutions

For deliveries to hotels, businesses, hospitals, offices, universities, and similar locations, flowers may be delivered to a reception desk, concierge, front desk, security desk, or other appropriate representative.

The customer should provide the recipient's name and any relevant room, department, floor, or office information.

9. High-Demand Periods

During Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, holidays, weddings, graduations, and other high-demand periods, delivery volumes may be significantly higher.

Delivery windows may therefore be longer than normal.

10. Weather and Unforeseen Events

Maison Jasmin may experience delivery delays because of:

• Flooding
• Traffic
• Road closures
• Public events
• Transportation problems
• Government restrictions
• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We will make reasonable efforts to complete the delivery as soon as possible.
