10. Business, Hotel, Hospital and Institutional Deliveries

For deliveries to businesses, hotels, hospitals, offices, universities, or other institutions, customers should provide complete delivery information.

Maison Jasmin may consider delivery completed when the flowers are received by an appropriate representative, reception desk, concierge, front desk, security desk, or other authorized person at the destination.

11. Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery may be available in selected areas.

Orders must be placed before the applicable same-day delivery cutoff time displayed on our website.

During periods of high demand, including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, holidays, and special events, delivery times may be longer than normal.

12. Cancellation
