Where do you deliver?

Maison Jasmin delivers in Tunisia. At checkout the cities offered are Tunis, Ariana, La Marsa, Sousse, Sfax, Nabeul, Monastir, Bizerte and Djerba. For another city, the fee is confirmed on WhatsApp.

How much is delivery?

The fee depends on the city. It is added to the subtotal when it is known:

  • Tunis, Ariana and La Marsa30 TND
  • Bizerte50 TND
  • Nabeul and Monastir100 TND
  • Sousse110 TND
  • Sfax200 TND
  • Djerba300 TND

For another city, the fee is confirmed on WhatsApp and is not included in the total. On a product page, Tunisia delivery is shown from 30 TND.

When is the bouquet delivered?

The site banner announces next-day delivery across Tunisia. The homepage and footer also mention same-day delivery in Tunis, and every bouquet is prepared on the day of delivery. The time is confirmed on WhatsApp.

How do I order?

Choose a bouquet in the collections, add it to the cart, then request delivery. The form asks for your WhatsApp, the recipient's phone, your email, the address and the city. A Google Maps pin is recommended. We confirm every order on WhatsApp.

Can I track my order?

Yes. On Track order, enter the number from your email and the address you ordered with.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay, paid on Stripe's secure payment page. You can also pay on delivery.

Can I customize a bouquet?

On the product page, some bouquets offer a color, packaging, add-ons, an occasion, or a message. The 150-rose bouquet offers red, pink and white. Other bouquets show a color choice only when their variants are the same bouquet in more than one rose color (light pink, red, pink or white).
